Our price data comes from three sources: (1) Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA) daily auction results and weekly price reports, published at ugandacoffee.go.ug; (2) ICE London robusta futures and ICE New York arabica futures for global benchmark pricing; (3) Direct Kampala auction floor reports from licensed Ugandan coffee exporters. Data is updated daily via an automated scraping pipeline that checks UCDA sources every morning at 7 AM EAT.

All prices shown are indicative Kampala auction FOT (Free on Truck) prices in US cents per kilogram unless otherwise stated. These are wholesale export prices, not retail or farmgate prices. Actual transaction prices vary based on lot quality, certifications (organic, Rainforest Alliance, EUDR-compliant), volume discounts, and buyer relationships.

We cover all 13 UCDA-tracked coffee grades: Robusta Screen 18, Screen 15, Screen 12, and BHP; Arabica Bugisu AA, Bugisu A, Bugisu PB, Wugar, Drugar; plus farmgate prices (Kiboko, FAQ, Arabica Parchment). We also track FOB export pricing, export statistics by destination country, and export compliance requirements including EUDR.

Our tools include: FOB price calculator with freight and differentials, export margin calculator, container load planner, currency converter (UGX-USD), coffee weight-volume converter, and price alert system.

• We are NOT a coffee broker, exporter, or trading platform. We do not facilitate coffee transactions, match buyers with sellers, or take commissions on trades. We are a data and tools provider only.
• We do NOT provide real-time second-by-second pricing. Our data updates daily from UCDA reports, not from live exchange feeds. Day traders and high-frequency commodity traders should use ICE futures platforms directly.
• We do NOT cover: retail coffee prices in Uganda, domestic consumer pricing, roasted coffee prices, coffee shop or cafe pricing, instant coffee pricing, or any downstream value-added coffee products. Our focus is wholesale green coffee export pricing.
• We do NOT provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or price forecasts. All data and analysis are for informational purposes. Coffee commodity trading carries significant risk. Consult a licensed commodity broker for trading decisions.

We source data directly from UCDA, the official government regulator of Uganda's coffee sector. However: (1) UCDA publishes data with a 24-48 hour lag; (2) Auction prices reflect the most recent trading session, which may be 1-3 days old; (3) Our automated scraping pipeline can experience delays if UCDA changes their website structure; (4) ICE futures data is indicative and subject to exchange data licensing terms.
